Louis Humbert, Paris, France, multicolor gold and gem set verge fusee, key wind and set, the signed, gilt full plate movement with pierced and engraved balance bridge, in an 18 karat, four color gold, hinged back and bezel, open face case with engraved applied varicolored foliate ornament on a matted ground and set with faceted red stones, and signed, gilt cuvette, with Roman numeral gold dial, signed "L. Humbert", blued steel Breguet style hands, 40mm, 47g TW, c1830.

CASE: Minor wear; Ding, pendant; Case back resoldered to bezel, well done; Scratches on inner surface of case from cuvette; Cuvette with minor abrasion; One stone with chip, case back; Crystal with scratches; Precious metal content tested. DIAL: Minor marks, scratches. HANDS: Oxidation. MOVEMENT PLATES: Fine scratches; Specks of dirt / dust. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Runs with pressure on train, fusee chain broken.
